Physical Therapy - Everett, MA - North Suburban Orthopedic Associates, Inc.   Kellie Bedoni M.S., PT

Kellie Bedoni M.S., PT has been a practicing physical therapist since graduating from Northeastern University in 1998 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and 1999 for her Advanced Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  She has been at NSOA since over ten years.  Kellie specializes in outpatient shoulder and spine related injuries as well as pregnancy/post partum physical therapy.  She is certified as a pregnancy and post partum physical therapist and has attained her strength and conditioning certification from the NSCA.  Kellie has attended numerous advanced clinical courses encompassing most orthopedic diagnoses which enable her to have a unique and successful approach with patients.   She combines manual techniques with strength and flexibility training which allows her to create a specialized program for each patient. Her enthusiasm for learning has enabled her to broaden her knowledge to now also include treatments for BPPV.  Kellie is also affiliated with most area universities and coordinates all student clinicals at NSOA.   She enjoys all sports especially field hockey which she is a referee and spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Jessica Dzierga, DPT

Jessica Dzierga, DPT attended Northeastern University where she received her Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science in 2008 and continued on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in April 2009. Shortly after graduation, Jessica began her physical therapy career at NSOA in Everett. While studying at Northeastern, Jessica performed as a supportive and integral role of the Everett NSOA staff while working as a physical therapy aide in 2007, which allowed her to learn about the needs of the orthopedic patient population. Jessica’s previous experience also includes clinical affiliations in outpatient settings focusing on various sports and orthopedic injuries along with pre/post-surgical interventions. In addition, Jessica has treated patients in the acute orthopedic hospital setting including those with traumatic injuries, total knee and total hip replacements. Because of her enthusiasm and desire to learn, Jessica plans to further her education through various advanced courses to provide the utmost care for her patients.

Clifford Gaviola, PT

Clifford has been practicing Physical Therapy for 14 years.  He finished a BS in Biology at Saint Louis University and BS in Physical Therapy at Pines City Colleges in the Philippines. He worked as a PT Educator, Clinical Training Coordinator/Internship Coordinator, and Clinical Supervisor of Baguio Central University Rehabilitation Hospital prior to immigrating to the US with his family in 2002. Here in the US, Cliff practiced PT in various settings such as Long Term Acute Care Hospital, Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, Home Health Therapy, Long Term Care, Sub-acute, Outpatient, and the School System. He was involved in the pilot project of Joslin Diabetic Program where diabetic patients benefited from exercise based therapy to regulate their blood sugar. Cliff has recently advanced his practice through knowledge and skills acquisition of kinesio-taping and the Mulligan technique. During his leisure time, he loves watching his son play football and enjoys a good game of darts. He is passionate about the outdoors and engages in activities such as camping, kayaking, and hiking during the summer season.

Sports Medicine - Everett, MA - North Suburban Orthopedic Associates, Inc.   John Douzepis, PT

John graduated Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1995. He has over ten year’s clinical experience with outpatient and sports medicine rehabilitation. Over the years, John has participated in numerous continuing education courses on a variety of subjects and most recent techniques, i.e. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and Active Release Techniques (ART). He is a certified USAW Club Coach, which focuses on Olympic style lifting. John was a competitive athlete in college playing football during his years at NU, which has focused his interests in strength training and sports rehabilitation.

Keith Linsey, PT

Keith completed his undergraduate work and earned his Master’s degree from Ithaca College in 1994.  While at Ithaca, Keith earned All American honors as an offensive lineman on Ithaca College’s 1991 national championship football team.  He remains active in sports including skiing, weight training and running.

Keith has supervised our Melrose physical therapy unit since 1998.  He has been with NSOA for 13 years.  He is actively involved with local high school athletic teams, providing care for injured athletes.  Keith’s areas of interest include sports injuries, work related injuries and post physical therapy training programs.

Physical Therapy -  Malden, MA - North Suburban Orthopedic Associates, Inc.   Zuzana Dubovic, PTA

Zuzana graduated in Czechoslovakia with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 1981 and has worked in the field ever since. She worked in two hospitals that provided therapy on both an inpatient and outpatient basis, as well as homecare. Zuzana worked with all three population groups, gaining experience in neurology, post-surgical orthopedics, post-amputation rehabilitation, and geriatrics. In 1989 Zuzana came to the United States and began working with North Suburban Orthopedic Associates as a physical therapy aide, and subsequently received a degree as a physical therapy assistant. She has been with us ever since.  She has extensive experience in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release. She is gifted in dealing with patients who have chronic pain. Zuzana’s hobbies include traveling, hiking, dancing, enjoying theatre, and sampling the kitchens of the world.

Andrew graduated in 2000 from Bay State College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.  Andrew has 10 years of clinical experience with the most recent completion of strength and conditioning courses.  Andrew has a great sense of humor which he combines with his clinical skills to create a fun, empathetic atmosphere for his patients.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in English from Worcester State College in 1991, Dan O’Neill then obtained his PTA degree from Becker College in 1994.  His skills as a PTA combined with those of a NSCA certified personal trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist give him a unique approach towards patient care in the orthopedic field.  Dan’s consistent quality of patient treatment is strongly backed by over eleven years experience at North Suburban Orthopedic Associates.

Sandra is a graduate of North Shore Community College in 1997.  She obtained her Associate in Science and is now a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Sandra works in the Melrose clinic and has been with North Suburban Orthopedic Associates since February of 2000.

Alivia Schraeder, PTA

Alivia graduated from Becker College in 2001 with an Associates Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant.  Throughout her life she experienced injuries while playing soccer.  Her rehabilitation inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.  Alivia has been working in an outpatient facility for 6 years.  She has found treating sports related injuries, back, knee and shoulders to be both exciting and challenging.  Alivia has continued to further her knowledge through courses, Mulligan Mobilizations, Perform Better and Laser therapy.  Alivia’s personal interests include soccer, weight training, ice skating and outdoor activities.  Alivia is an avid team player striving for the best result for the patient.

Harold Chan, PTA

Harold originally received a Bachelors degree in MIS and Finance from Boston University in 1995. Harold was introduced to Physical Therapy after an injury to his shoulder and received rehab here at N.S.O.A. Thereupon; he decided to attend North Shore Community College to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, receiving his Associates degree in 2003.   Harold has since participated in continuing education on the osteoporotic spine and looks forward to further enhancing his skill sets.  Harold's interests include strength training, traveling, and bicycling - having raced competitively for 13 years from the collegiate level to USA Cycling Federation sanctioned events.
